Spring coming and pass times

Hello to our lovely readers , Welcome to Make it Perfect Wedding and Events catering first blog post!! We are very excited about its creation and to be moving into the blogging world. The company was first started 2 years ago and has continued to grow and grow. From starting just in Scunthorpe we now operate all across Lincolnshire ,Yorkshire and as each day passes we seem to travel further afield. Make it Perfect Weddings and Events has had an extremely busy winter period and now looking forward to my personal favourite time of the year spring .A time when the darkness is lifting from my mind and body and  I can be taken by surprise by a feeling of love or happiness. It floods my body and reassure,s me that I’m feeling well and that some better times are on the way which results in a much happier time and I’m left thinking about the abundance of great British produce which is about to arrive. As I walked yesterday morning through the woods I could tell we had slowly turned a corner with a glimpse of early wild garlic in the air .

Whilst your here.. I thought it would be great to fill you in with 1 our most recent events which I feel very privileged to have  been part of .After months of planning and preparation with the team and the officers at R.A.F Conningsby we had the pleasure of serving up a banquet styled 3 course meal for the centenary celebrations of 29th squadron s the annual event. The night was a huge success and as we walked into the hanger after the tea and coffee had been served to the delight of 300 personal cheering and clapping was an amazing feeling and I thank my staff for such a great performance shown. The logistics of this event were very challenging at times such as fire regulations ,security ,and the need for us to perform at the highest level but me and my staff rose to the occasion and delivered a perfect punch culminating in a trio of desserts .

As the new year really gets under way, recently giving us just a glimmer of the start of spring we are so excited here at M.I.P  for a fulfilled year of celebrations. From beautiful weddings at Walcott Hall and Sett Copps Farm to big birthdays there really hasn’t been a better time to celebrate with a little help from my friends and family(here at M.I.P)

In the meantime I would like to welcome  Demelza Pebbles on board to help me in the day-to-day running of the business and her expertise front of house will be paramount in the future ,allowing me to concentrate on what I’m good at Food….. with new & exciting menus & a brand new premises under our belts we look forward to a successful 2018 and  discussing how we can help you celebrate in style…Don’t just make it great , make it perfect.
